• The head immobilizer ensures optimum immobilization of head injured patients.
• When used in conjunction with a column of immobilized on a stretcher and with the hard cervical collar, allows the transport of a patient in critical condition during long trips or on uneven.
• Provides support to the skull, avoiding as much as possible a greater compression of the skull and completing the immobilization of the spine through the cervical collar.

• The two shells are positioned in a special base through a very strong fastening system in Velcro which may be fixed in any type of rigid litter supplied through the system or using Velcro belts.
