Main Specifications

• Askina Absorb is a sterile dressing consisting of an inner layer of polymer fibers with strong water retention properties. The layer is placed in a non-woven polyester / polyethylene bag.
• In the presence of exudate, the polymer fibers form a moist gel which helps to maintain the wet wound environment by providing the natural healing conditions.
• Indications: Wounds with moderate to high amount of exudate.
