• Carboflex dressing is a sterile, non-adhesive dressing indicated for shallow wounds or as a secondary dressing over a wound filler for deeper wounds. It is a five layer dressing specifically designed to address the management problems associated with malodorous wounds.
• Carboflex is a dressing for odor control, sterile, non-adhesive, composed of layers several layers: coating film involves the activated carbon layer and the water-resistant layer. Water resistant layer: prevents the coal soak and lose the ability to control odor. Activated charcoal layer: double soft blade with great odor adsorption surface. Gel-forming Layer: comprised of sodium calcium alginate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose promotes high absorbency of wound exudate, while maintaining the moisture.
