• Contraindications: Cardiovascular surgery, Neurosurgery, Prosthetic devices. Being absorbable not to use when wound support for more than 6 weeks is required. Caution in patients with delayedwound healing (e.g. compromised immune system).
• Is available in a range of gauge sizes and lengths, non-needled or attached to atraumatic stainless steel needles of varying types.
